I specialise in helping you to overcome anxiety, low self-esteem, and the affects of childhood trauma into adulthood. Plus, I have first-hand experience of surviving the narcissist.

Your therapy sessions will take place in a safe space, where I will listen with respect and empathy - and without judgement. Confidentiality and trust are key aspects of our therapeutic relationship, and counselling will give you an opportunity to openly express your thoughts and feelings; maybe even for the first time. Ask yourself - "what does this mean to me?"

Being truly heard will help you to gain a better understanding of what’s causing these challenges - and enable us to explore the ways in which you can either manage them differently or change their outcome.
By working together in a trustful way that is supported by evidence-based interventions; I can help you gain an insight into the difficulties you are facing with life and relationships, and help you understand why you act or react to stressors in the way you do. This will facilitate you to explore and embrace the developmental stages of change and growth into realising your full potential, or unmasking your ideal self.
