I specialise in helping you to overcome anxiety, low self-esteem, and the affects of childhood trauma into adulthood. Plus, I have first-hand experience of surviving the narcissist.

Your therapy sessions will take place in a safe space, where I will listen with respect and empathy - and without judgement. Confidentiality and trust are key aspects of our therapeutic relationship, and counselling will give you an opportunity to openly express your thoughts and feelings; maybe even for the first time.
