What issues are you facing right now?

...And how can therapy help?

When you lack a sense of worth, it can affect your psychological wellbeing and make it challenging to live as your ideal self.

Confidentiality

Your therapy sessions will take place in a safe space, where I will listen with respect and empathy - and without judgement. Confidentiality and trust are key aspects of our therapeutic relationship, and counselling will give you an opportunity to openly express your thoughts and feelings; maybe even for the first time. Ask yourself - what does this mean for you?

Be Heard...

Many people face stress and difficulties in their everyday lives that can be hard to cope with – whether it’s relationship issues; anxiety or panic attacks; mood swings or feelings of depression, dealing with the mental health effects of Covid or other issues. Being truly heard will help you to gain a better understanding of what’s causing these challenges - and enable us to explore the ways in which you can either manage them differently or change their outcome.

Change and Growth

By working together in a collaborative way, I can help you gain an insight into the difficulties you are facing with life and relationships, help you understand why you act or react to stressors in the way you do, and enable you to embrace the developmental stages of change and growth into realising your full potential or ideal self.
