Personal therapy will be offered by the counselling hour (50 minutes) on a weekly basis.

Note: I offer face-to-face, telephone, and online counselling. Walking therapy is also available, please contact me for further information.

Payment will be required 24 hours prior to the session, payable online via bank transfer, or health insurance. Cancellations will be chargeable, unless due to sickness or other mitigating circumstances.

Referrals to other therapeutic specialists will also be offered, free of charge, if needed.
